The towns of the northwestern continent are widespread and diverse. Usually though they have an inn for travelers, a tavern or restaurant to eat at, and a few shops to pick up provisions from.

Adventurers commonly ply ruins, underground sorcery laboratories, old mines and caverns for valuable treasures. These places can also be exceptionally dangerous... adventurers beware!

Despite being just one small part of a vast world, there's no lack of exciting and exotic places to visit in the Barrier Lands.

Home to one of the largest and wealthiest Sorcerer's Guilds in the Barrier Lands, Atlas City is a bustling center for trade, research, and the development of the arcane arts.

The mighty and peace-loving white-magic capital of the world, Seyruun stands as a bulwark of justice and pacifism in an ever more evil and war-torn world. Also, they have great ice cream!

Once a prosperous city standing vigil over the holy tree Flagoon, Sairaag has begun to rebuild from the cataclysm that nearly wiped it off the map.

A land with a robust climate, known both for its grape festivals and its reputation as the birthplace of great and impressive people. Rumor has it a certain flat-chested sorceress hails from Zefielia, and that there's even a Knight of Ceiphied working as a waitress here...

This little-known temple opens up into a vast pocket dimension, wherein the immense knowledge of the Claire Bible is inscribed on hundreds of thousands of stone tablets stretching out across a vast, maybe unending desert. Decoding the tablets is a secret held by only the greatest magical researchers, and its location is a closely kept secret.

A sacred mountain to the far northwest, Dragon's Peak and the surrounding valley are inhabited by hundreds of Black and Golden Dragons. This protected mountain contains one of the only known entrances to the Claire Bible's dimensional sanctuary.

The forbidding mountains of the far north are the headquarters of the Demon King of the North, who bears inhuman power but is locked in ice. This area is said to be infested with lesser demons and is extremely dangerous to venture into.

A dry desert kingdom bordering the Desert of Destruction, Elmekia's sorcerers have branded some of their most potent spells with their homeland's name.

Towns in the Outer World are generally shorter on luxuries than in the Barrier Land, such as the notable absence of ice cream parlors. These are still important stop-offs and destinations for travelers and adventurers.

The Outer World is rumored to be full of ruined temples and remnants from ancient wars between the Mazoku and the Gods. But what really lurks in these forgotten places...?

Alto claims to stand for high ideals. Baritone supposedly stands for results. But all they're really good at is squabbling with each other like little kids! This area is a favored work place for mercenaries looking to make a quick bit of gold from one side or the other... or both!

This vast and imposing temple to Ceiphied was built and inhabited by the Golden Dragons and their priests for untold centuries. Now it sits empty and abandoned in the wake of a great struggle. What secrets, and treasures, lurk within?

This abandoned structure, mostly underground, houses devices of an otherworldly origin which humans can barely comprehend. Countless tunnels lead into the heart of the base, though it can be easy to get lost in the dark...

Beyond the circle of the Demon Sea sits the Outer Seas, stretches of ocean nestled in amongst the continents. It's said the Outer Seas have better fishing and fewer sea dragons, but that may just be a rumor.
